Take-off is from the Hélittoral base in Rivesaltes or from the Argelès-sur-Mer area. The canopy landing always takes place on the Argelès-sur-Mer airfield.

How long does the freefall last from 3,000 m?

Accepted Answer

You exit the helicopter at 3,000 metres for 35 to 50 seconds of freefall. The parachute opens at 1,500 metres, followed by 5 to 10 minutes under canopy above the Pyrénées-Orientales.

What are the age and fitness requirements?

The minimum age is 12, with written consent from both parents and one parent present on the day. A medical certificate is mandatory for minors and anyone over 50. You must be in good physical shape, with no cardiac, ENT, spinal or epilepsy conditions.

How much time should I set aside on the day?

Plan for half a day, possibly a full day. The time given is indicative, as rotations depend on helicopter availability and weather. Sessions run mainly on Wednesdays and Sundays.

What happens if the weather is unsuitable?

If conditions do not allow a safe flight, the jump is rescheduled free of charge to the next available date. Call us the day before to confirm your slot based on the latest forecast.

Question 6

How do booking and the deposit work?

Accepted Answer

A 150 € deposit per jump is paid when booking online and deducted from the balance settled on site on the day. The Skydiving PASS, numbered and personalised, is valid for one year and can be given as a gift without booking a date.
