As skydiving is highly dependent on weather conditions, you should allow either a half-day or a full day for your jump, as the scheduled time is indicative only. The flight instructor in charge of your jump may postpone or cancel it at any time for safety reasons. You must contact us by phone the day before your jump to confirm your appointment based on the latest weather forecast.
All prices include VAT and air carrier liability insurance (Warsaw Convention) and apply to one tandem skydive. A €20 surcharge applies for CHRONOPOST delivery of documents. Gift vouchers (PASS Parachutisme) may be paid by check (payable to FLY974 TANDEM) or in cash. As our pricing is based on fully occupied helicopter flights, the company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a flight if there are not enough passengers.
If a passenger fails to attend on the day of the flight, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the jump price will apply. If the customer does not arrive at the scheduled time on the day of the skydive, the gift voucher (PASS) will be considered used. Any commercial refund granted by FLY974 TANDEM will be subject to a 20% administrative fee. Photo and video services are independent from the skydive itself; technical issues affecting images do not entitle the customer to a refund of the jump. Customers may only reschedule a skydive in cases of force majeure and no later than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Otherwise, deposits and gift vouchers will be retained by FLY974 TANDEM.
The gift voucher is valid for one year from its date of issue. It can be purchased as a gift without selecting a jump date. It may be transferred to another person free of charge and extended for one additional year for a €60 fee, but it is non-refundable.

For safety reasons, tandem passengers are not allowed to bring cameras, hook-style footwear, or any object that could interfere with parachute deployment. Unless otherwise requested, photo and video rights remain the property of the videographers and may be used for promotional purposes. FLY974 TANDEM does not provide music for edited videos. Please provide your preferred soundtrack if desired.
Participants under the age of 18 (minimum age: 12 years) must present a consent form signed by both parents on the day of the jump. At least one parent or legal guardian must be present.
Participants must be in good physical condition. You must not have recently suffered an accident, be undergoing medical treatment, or have problems affecting your legs, spine, heart, ears, nose or throat, or suffer from epilepsy or loss of consciousness. You must not have scuba-dived or consumed alcohol or drugs within the previous 24 hours. Although not mandatory, a medical examination is recommended. If you have any doubts, consult your family physician before booking your skydive.
